I believe it should be every educator's goal to help our students to function successfully in modern, diverse societies. Our common curricular and societal goal should be to encourage understanding, respect, and inclusion. Please share thoughts/information on multicultural education.Cathyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13938100462910212903noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410860250701366554.post-83308382209041718522007-06-11T13:31:00.000-07:002007-06-11T14:27:31.337-07:00Curriculum Dilemma<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiz7S5_if-coCVmpB-eSG2eADg7Z7ZoOkAirmnELlJ_K9TbmQ35M_T0efHw_6DpLrCG5Fsv3zX42EtskvYf_2f8pXf5vwI6EGjHhUm6-US5ZZdppOaXxxcteSVCBQ5TstnMXOYVXvhe9Dc/s320/New_1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5074920673569619378" />
Here's a graphic organizer to reflect my "Zones of Comfort" as a curriculum resource person. One such program, Atlas' Rubicon, Rubicon.com - Atlas Curriculum Mapping - Pedagogy
has been used at many schools. We are purchasing this program over the summer and will begin slowly phasing it in at our school over the next 3 years. I would love to hear any comments from anyone familiar with it. Any tips for successful implementation would be greatly appreciated as well.

Thanks,

Cathy
Cathyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13938100462910212903noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5410860250701366554.post-40528616160205429682007-06-11T11:22:00.001-07:002007-06-11T11:26:22.632-07:00Welcome to the curriculum corner! This is a site designed for sharing and discussing ideas and practices related to PreK-12th grade curriculum.

Enjoy!

CathyCathyhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13938100462910212903noreply@blogger.com0
